Orders & Shipping

How long does dispatch take?

Most items (greeting cards, wrapping paper, and small paper products) are dispatched from our Manchester studio within 1-3 working days. Unframed prints take 2-3 working days, and framed prints take 2-5 working days to dispatch. For more details, visit our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Where is my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow the full estimated delivery timeframe before contacting us. If your order hasn't arrived after the expected window, email us at hello@littleblackcatillustrated.com with your order number.

Products

What frames fit your prints?

Our prints are designed to fit standard frames commonly available in homeware stores. You can use frames with or without mounts - just search for the print size you've ordered. Our favourite affordable option for A5-A1 prints are IKEA's 'Ribba' frames. You can also add a high-quality, UK-made frame to your order at checkout for convenience.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! All our packaging and products are sourced and printed within the UK. All cardboard and paper products are home recyclable, and we use compostable bags made from corn starch that fully biodegrade into CO₂ and H₂O.

Sustainability & Ethics

Tell me about your packaging

Compostable Bags:
Our bags are made from corn starch (an annually renewable crop) rather than fossil fuel-derived plastics. They're fully biodegradable and compostable, breaking down into CO₂ and H₂O in approximately 45 days at 58°C. The bio-film is manufactured in Germany and made into bags in the UK.

Cards & Wrapping Paper:
All cards and wrapping papers are printed in the UK on 100% recyclable paper.

UK Sourcing:
All our packaging and products are sourced and printed within the UK to reduce our carbon footprint and support local businesses.

Collaborations & Licensing

Do you accept collaborations or brand partnerships?

Yes! We love working with other brands and businesses. Please email us at hello@littleblackcatillustrated.com with your ideas and brief, and Sarah will respond promptly.

Do you offer licensing?

Yes, we're happy to discuss licensing opportunities. Contact us to request our catalogue.

Do you do private commissions?

We do not currently offer private commissions for wedding stationery, portraits, or similar custom work. However, we're always open to brand collaborations and commercial projects.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unopened packaging. For full details, visit our Returns Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@littleblackcatillustrated.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll resolve this for you promptly.
