Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Little Black Cat products! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong product, please contact us at hello@littleblackcatillustrated.com. Include your order number and photos showing the damage or incorrect item, and we'll resolve this for you promptly.
Important: When unpacking your order, please handle items carefully with clean, dry hands. If your parcel is taped, remove the tape gently to avoid damaging the contents.
Standard Returns
If you'd like to return a product, please email us at hello@littleblackcatillustrated.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To process your return, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the front and back of the product
- Reason for return
Return Conditions:
- Products must be in original packaging and unopened
- Items must be unused
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility
Items We Cannot Accept for Return:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in original packaging
- Personalised, sale or custom items
Return Shipping
For UK customers, we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Little Black Cat Illustrated Goods cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit if sent without tracking.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Tracking Your Order
You can upgrade to tracked shipping on small items at the checkout. All prints are sent on a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email so you can monitor your parcel's journey.
If your parcel is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking number before getting in touch - it may be waiting at your local delivery office.
Returned Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us because it wasn't collected or the delivery couldn't be completed, we'll contact you to arrange either:
- Re-delivery (shipping costs will apply), or
- A refund minus the original postage costs
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to place another order once a return has been accepted.
